The REC Strategy defines the priority issues on which the organisation must focus, and the key directions for its future work. The strategy document covers a period of five years and is drafted under the continuous guidance of the REC's Board of Directors, taking into consideration discussions and recommendations at the General Assembly and the comments and suggestions of senior officials/signatories and key stakeholders.
The latest strategy, covering the period 2016 to 2020, is based on the 2015 Declaration of the Signatories of the REC on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the foundation of the REC.
